Head Up scenario

There are two Stand-On targets with less than the minimmum 2 mile CPA. A significant course change to meet the minimum CPA for the target on our starboard beam will definitely open up the CPA of the target off our starboard bow.

Turning right 60 degrees will not show the main danger target our red side light, but our course change should be clearly evident on their radar, so let's try it.
